I don't see my CE hours in the NMLS database - help!

NMLS CE providers have up to 5 business days to bank CE credit hours.  We bank 2 times a week during the slow part of the season and 4 days a week during the peak.  Hours can take up to 1 day to reflect in the NMLS once banked.

Once your hours are banked - you may not yet be in compliance for renewal.  Depending on the states you're licensed in, double check that you've taken all the required courses/hours to fulfill what is needed.  An example is New Jersey:  NJ requires 12 total hours of NMLS CE to renew your license - 8 federal + 2 NJ state specific + 2 elective hours (can be any other state).  If you do not fulfill the total hour requirement you won't be able to renew your license.  Taking our 8 hour Federal and the 2 hour NJ specific does not meet what is necessary - you will also need to take 2 additional hours, even if you're not licensed in any other states.  All of our CE courses are eligible to fulfill the remaining requirements.
